Heya AC Reddit!
Wondering if I can some help regarding a strange water bug. This reddit has helped me solve some bugs before but I cannot seem to find this particular one here.
I recently installed AC Odyssey on a new computer and started to experience a new bug regarding the water textures. It seems to only occur near the coast. I made sure all the relevant drivers are up to date, verified cache, reinstalled, etc. etc. and yet this glitch still happens.

The severity of the glitch happens randomly and isn't based on movement or any other input that I noticed.
Any ideas on what could be causing this? Any solutions? Thanks for the help!

EDIT 2: My hardware is Win10P, Ryzen 2600x, GTX 980 Ti, 16gb ram, and MSI x470 mobo. The graphics card is the same from the previous rig and double checked to make sure everything was seated (building was nerve wracking for me)
